Tonight we went as a family to Jackson's school's "fall festival", a fundraising carnival. It was SO MUCH FUN! We had dinner, played games, got our faces painted and our hair color sprayed, rode on a wagon ride, went through a fire truck and ambulance, won prizes, and got to spend a fun filled evening with our family! Jackson and Chloe both said "it was the best day of their lives". We are all going to bed tonight with smiles as we think about the fun that we had together!

Back in August we went to Redfish lake. To say I love it there is an understatement!!! We have so many memories from Redfish and love making new ones every year. My kids ask all year long when we get to go again! I love the traditions that we have... hiking to the waterfall and lily pond, family dinners, devotionals, games, the amazing race (this year in the pouring rain), dessert at the lodge, sitting on the beach.... Thank you Syndee and Larry for planning this awesome trip every year, we love it and look forward to the years to come...
